The project aims to deliver high-end, architect-designed homes in one of Sydney’s most desirable family suburbs, with proximity to elite schools, local amenities, and strong market demand.
The combined site offers excellent development potential under favourable zoning, targeting a total gross realisation of $9.5M–$11M. The project will be funded through a mix of senior debt and equity, with an IRR forecast of 18%–22% over an estimated 15–18 month project timeline.
We are seeking equity partners to join the project via a special purpose vehicle (SPV). Capital is secured by the landholding, and investors will benefit from a structured return profile and profit participation.
